1. Signup for an account.
2. Come up with ideas.
3. Vote on ideas. When an idea receives an average vote of at least a 6 it is eligible to move to the brainstorming process. This way only ideas that are agreed upon by the group go through the brainstorming process.
4. Perfect the idea. The brainstorming tool will help you look at a resources analysis, a benefits analysis, a projected timeline, and milestones.

Never. Your ideas are totally private and we do not allow access to them. All access is controlled through groups you set up.
